Choice Logistics' executive team are leaders in critical logistics who take a hands-on approach to their clients' success. They are dedicated to helping companies grow profitable revenues, build solid reputations, and strengthen customer relationships.
Ed Katz is the visionary founder of Choice Logistics. Since 1964, he has led the company through numerous expansions to its current position as a global leader in service parts logistics.
In 1986, he established Choice Management Systems, a specialized division for the management and staffing of corporate mailrooms, internal messenger departments, motorized delivery departments and receiving centers. Ed also established Twilight Express in the highly competitive overnight delivery segment in 1989, serving the Northeast corridor of the United States. In 1990, he made Choice the nation's largest privately owned ground-based courier service with the acquisition of Archer Courier Service.
In 1974, Ed began the Air Courier Conference of America (ACCA). As the organization's first president, he helped expand membership to more than 300 international courier services, including virtually every major airline.
Michael Katz oversees strategic direction for Choice Logistics offering hands-on leadership and insight to serve current clients and guide ongoing worldwide expansion. He led the company's dramatic transformation from a multi-site, regional courier and fulfillment service to a specialized provider of mission critical logistics solutions. Michael spearheads Choice's Executive Advisory Board.
A Choice veteran for more than three decades, Michael has served in a variety of executive leadership positions. In 1981, he was director of operations for Choice's International Air division and founded Choice Courier Canada.
Michael contributes to a variety of corporate and industry organizations, and is an active member of the Young President's Organization (YPO). He has also held national board positions with the Messenger-Courier Association of the Americas (MCAA).
Mike Beck, Executive Vice President and CFOA member of Choice since 1979, Mike Beck is responsible for all financial planning and accounting, including establishment and maintenance of fiscal control functions. He actively maintains relationships with lending institutions and shareholders, in addition to the general business community. Mike also oversees Choice's administrative operations, providing direction and counsel to executive leadership, and sits on Choice's Executive Advisory Board.
Prior to Choice, Mike practiced as a public accountant. He is a graduate of Baruch College, The City University of New York, with a degree in public accounting and business administration.
Gary Weiss, Executive Vice President, Global OperationsGary Weiss provides strategic and tactical direction to maintain Choice's sophisticated infrastructure and meet both qualitative and financial performance objectives. He is a primary contributor to the development and execution of all service offerings, in addition to profit and loss responsibilities. Gary is also a member of Choice's Executive Advisory Board.
Gary possesses more than two decades of high-level logistics and corporate operations experience in the high tech product manufacturing, reselling and service industries. Prior to joining Choice in 1994, he held leadership positions with JWP Information Systems and PNY Electronics.
Gary earned an MBA from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Robert Bacchi is responsible for Choice Logistics' strategic technology operations, as well as ongoing enhancements. His duties include management of the information systems team in support of client and internal initiatives. In addition, he is a member of Choice's Executive Advisory Board.
Robert has extensive experience as an information technology professional across a variety of industries, focusing on supply chain management. Most recently, he was vice president of information technology for FAO Schwarz. Previously, he owned and operated an IT consultancy for more than two decades.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and mathematics from Queens College.
John LaHaye joined Choice in November 2011 as Senior Vice President of Business Development to create, implement and lead the company's business development processes and strategy to grow revenue through sales and marketing. He also serves on Choice's Executive Advisory Board.
John has a wealth of business development and operations experience with companies, like Choice, that were positioned for major growth. Prior to joining the team, John led business development at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Sentrx, two leading solutions providers in Life Sciences. Previously, he headed sales, marketing and software development teams at Dendrite, a global software and service solutions provider, ultimately heading their SalesPlus division as President.
John holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Montreal University Polytechnic Institute with a major in operations research.
Anne Yarmark, Senior Vice President, Human ResourcesServing Choice since 1999, Anne Yarmark oversees strategic direction of human resources policies and practices. She also focuses on select administrative functions. She also has a position on Choice's Executive Advisory Board.
Anne previously held senior human resources positions in the media and entertainment industry with Marvel, EMI Music, and Arista Records. She possesses international business experience with a variety of roles within sales, marketing, purchasing and general administration.
She is a magna cum laude graduate of Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration.
Bob Andrews, Vice President, Global Field OperationsBob Andrews joined Choice Logistics in 2012 as Vice President of Global Field Operations. His team manages the selection and performance of Choice Logistics' global network of strategic stocking locations, delivers Global Trade Solutions services, and forms executive partnerships with clients to develop innovative solutions for worldwide mission-critical systems support.
Throughout his career, Bob has demonstrated leadership in global supply chain, logistics, distribution and Customs operations. He has built management teams with hundreds of staff across Singapore, Japan, China, United Arab Emirates, and Brazil for companies such as DHL, Flash Global Logistics and Dubai Aviation City Corporation.
Bob has served as Chairman of the Logistics and Supply Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Tokyo and as Director for the Beijing Chapter of the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers. He is currently a member of the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from Indiana University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Tracey Leonard is responsible for setting corporate-level policies and increasing global opportunities through trade development, supply chain optimization and compliance standards. She has more than 20 years of international regulatory and operational experience, building business coalitions between multi-national corporations and countries and regions to mitigate risk while improving inventory velocity for her employers and their clients.
Tracey was most recently the Director of Trade Compliance at Sojitz Corporation of America, one of the world’s largest global trading companies. Her areas of global oversight included export licensing, import regulations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, training and audits. Tracey also held director level positions in global trade and Customs compliance with Pitney Bowes, TRW Automotive Holdings, and Smiths Aerospace (now GE).
Tracey is active in the American Association of Exporters and Importers, serving as Co-Chair of the International Policy Committee; Delegate to the Private Sector Consulting Group, an advisory body to the World Customs Organization (WCO); and Member of the WCO’s subgroups on AEO, SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade, and Integrated Supply Chain Management. She is a charter member of the International Compliance Professionals Association and serves on the FedEx International Customers Board of Directors.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Relations from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

As a seasoned industry veteran with extensive third-party service parts logistics experience, Doug Magnan has been a member of the Choice management team since 1990. Doug is responsible for Choice's internal operations, including its Global Logistics Center. Previously, he managed Choice's network of Strategic Stocking Locations (SSLs) across North America yielding a high level of field performance and process compliance. Doug also held a variety of operations management positions with Choice Courier Systems and Archer Management Systems prior to focusing on service parts logistics. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in aeronautical studies and transportation management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Michael Notarangeli is the Vice President of Choice's Strategic Initiatives, leading the company's strategic growth outside North America. In this role he is responsible for managing partner and supplier relationships, while administering global installations.
Michael offers considerable logistics expertise with proven performance in international service parts and supply chain management. With two decades of experience, he has held strategic roles with AT&T, Avaya, Lucent, Owens Corning and RossettaNet.
He is pursuing an MBA for international business at Farleigh Dickenson University and earned a Bachelor of Science from DeSales University.
Chuck Robinson, Vice President, Account ServicesChuck Robinson is responsible for managing our client relationships. He and his team are regarded as the client advocates to ensure that performance metrics are met, efficiencies are recognized and that clients' objectives remain our top priority. Chuck joined Choice Logistics in 2007 as Vice President International Operations, where he was responsible for global vendor management. He transitioned to the client facing side of the house in 2010.
Chuck brings more than 15 years of global supply chain experience to Choice, with such companies as Ericsson Telecommunications, Emerson Network Power and Starbucks. Chuck holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a Certification in Leadership & Organizational Development from New York University.
