Account Services

Choice assigns a Client Support Representative to every account that serves as the primary contact for day-to-day support and project management. The Representative works in close cooperation with an Account Manager to establish a Statement of Work (SOW) to define expectations and operational components.

The Account Manager plays a critical role in existing and new client integration. This expert collaborates with the account executive team and clients during the sales process, designing customized mission critical parts logistics solutions and developing proposals in addition to pricing. After implementation, the Account Manager oversees the client transition team and coordinates with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition and start-up.
