A Client Support Coordinator is assigned to each client and acts as a liaison with Choice operations to provide daily support and project management.  The Client Support Coordinator works with the client’s Sales Engineer (project manager) to help create a Statement of Work (SOW) that clearly defines expectations and operational components.

An assigned Sales Engineer leads the client transition team, working with and coordinating the relevant departments to ensure a seamless transition and start-up.
