Position Overview

This individual reports to the SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to support aspects of the Legal Department’s contract, administrative, and operational needs. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and ability to be client facing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage key aspects of the Choice contract database include preparation of contracts for execution, input of key contract markers, and managing internal approvals
  • Negotiate and draft contract exhibit terms to incorporate all operational requirements
  • Manage contract lifecycle with key internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and draft correspondence
  • Support production and discovery requests related to litigation
  • Partner cross-departmentally to develop, refine, and execute internal processes to manage the delivery of contract information
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years prior experience in contract administration or related field
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Experience with contract management software
  • Well-developed attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Exceptional Interpersonal, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently, and collaborate cross-departmentally on a regular basis
