Position Overview
The Logistics Analyst will actively monitor and manage transportation shipments and process client order requests while utilizing Choice tools and adhering to client business rules. This individual is responsible for maintaining a high level of communication with both clients and vendors partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively provide transportation logistics solutions
- Live order management and execution
- Process transactions and order requests from clients
- Interact with vendor partners and drive containment action to resolve service challenges or delays
- Proactively communicate with clients and document order transaction details
- Tracking of all outbound shipments globally
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent in English
- Customer support experience preferred
- Proven track record of success working cross functionally
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient level of the Microsoft suite
- Demonstrated problem solver and solutions developer
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative and manage own time effectively
- Proficient in customer support software: Office applications
