Reverse Logistics Analyst – APAC

Position Overview

The Reverse Logistics Analyst is responsible for returns management of client’s inventory. Through reporting, investigating, and daily monitoring, this individual ensures the client’s transportation, handling and data capture requirements are met.  Additionally, this individual will manage all inventory/asset disposition as per the client specific requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Live order management and execution
  • Process transactions and order requests from clients
  • Engage vendor partners to follow up or resolve service issues or delays
  • Tracking of all live orders
  • Day-to-day primary client contact, providing client driven analysis.
  • Perform systemic investigation of transactions to resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform and reconcile inventory queries and discrepancies.
  • Coding: Dock to Stock & Recode: On Time Performance as needed.
  • Respond to client request with urgency.
  • Create and manage receipts for clients to ensure compliance to receipt requirements
Skills/Qualifications
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient level of the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong knowledge base of Micros
  • Customer Support experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical and follow-up skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be articulate, analytical, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Must take initiative and be solution driven.
  • Proven Track Record of Success Working cross functionally
