Over 60 years ago, Choice Logistics started as an on-demand courier, serving a focused niche in the US market. Today, we offer full-lifecycle logistics management globally.

Executive Chairman

Michael serves as the Executive Chairman of Choice Logistics. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer, where he led the company’s transformation from a regional courier to a global logistics provider. With over 45 years of experience within the industry, Michael continues to provide his expertise and strategic guidance to ensure the continued success and future of Choice Logistics.

Jordan joined Choice in 2016 as EVP, Chief Information Officer. In 2025 he was promoted into his current role of EVP, Chief Operations Officer. He has extensive experience with directing digital technology transformation across a variety of industry verticals, including logistics, education, digital marketing and insurance. His specialties include product development, global infrastructure management, data processing and support services. Prior to Choice, Jordan served as Chief Information Officer for The Princeton Review, Ambassador Education Solutions, and has held technology leadership positions at companies such as Chubb Insurance and Organic. He holds a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a member of the New York CTO Club, and has published numerous articles about technology management strategy.

Joe joined Choice in 2019 as Director of Operational Finance. He was promoted to Vice President in 2020, Senior Vice President in 2023 and Chief Financial Officer in 2025. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s financial strategy and operations, to maximize profitability, customer experience, and scalability. Joe has extensive experience in executing financial systems transformation initiatives through cross functional collaboration, system implementation and process improvement projects across a variety of industries. Prior to Choice, Joe held financial leadership positions at Preferred Sands and Precision Castparts and was instrumental in executing strategic initiatives and leading financial systems implementations. Joe holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Eastern University and is a CPA.

Lauren joined Choice in 2019, and leads the Human Resources function across the company including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development. As a champion of progressive culture, Lauren partners with the leadership team to create a collaborative, team oriented and engaging modern environment for our global employee experience. Prior to Choice, Lauren was the Vice President of Human Resources at Preferred Sands, an oil and gas service company with locations across North America. In this role, Lauren was successful developing and maintaining a high performing organization. She holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan.

Nick joined Choice in 2017 and is responsible for its commercial agreements, corporate governance, and compliance. Nick also leads the Global Trade Solution function providing import and export services and guidance for Choice clients. Prior to joining Choice, Nick led the legal department for a regional telecommunications provider and has focused his practice on technology and compliance issues in a variety of settings. Nick holds a BA in history from Haverford College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, holding its CIPP/US accreditation, and currently serves on the In-House Counsel Committee of the New York City Bar Association.

SVP of Strategic Partnerships

Ken Breinholt joined Choice in July 2024 and is responsible for creating the company’s strategy for service expansion and investment prioritization, while ensuring global alignment with Choice’s long term business aspirations and vision. Ken brings nearly 20 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence in the logistics industry through his experience with Rinchem, an international 3PL providing chemical and gas logistics solutions for the semiconductor industry. He held numerous leadership positions in Operations and Business Development, and most recently was President of Rinchem International. Through his tenure, Ken created and executed strategies to build scalable and sustainable operations, develop successful partnerships, and enhance the customer experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Barry joined Choice Logistics in 2026 as Chief Technology Officer. He brings extensive experience leading technology strategy and execution, including platform development, systems architecture, infrastructure, data, and IT operations across logistics, education, and enterprise SaaS. He is responsible for technology strategy and execution across the company, including platform development, systems architecture, infrastructure, data, and IT operations. Prior to Choice, Barry served as Chief Technology Officer at ExecOnline, leading cross-functional technology teams and overseeing a global SaaS platform with a focus on cloud, security, and operational efficiency. Barry holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Jan-Harmen joined Choice in January 2024 as Vice President- EMEA, where he oversaw Business Operations and Client Services across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). In this capacity, he also provided people leadership for our EMEA based team members and partnered closely with the broader leadership team to advance our business practices and further strengthen our culture. In December 2025, Jan- Harmen was promoted to Senior Vice President expanding his responsibilities to include close collaboration with our leader in the Asia Pacific region, and assuming oversight of our global Project Management Office. Jan-Harmen has extensive experience in Program & Performance Management and Process Optimization. He brings over 20 years of logistics experience from the Postal and Express Transportation Industry, where he held various senior management positions. Prior to Choice, Jan-Harmen led the Central Planning & Engineering Department for FedEx Express in Europe. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.

Nilesh joined Choice in 2009 and has held various positions in operations and client services. From 2018 to 2021, Nilesh served as Vice President of Client Services and Business Development for the EMEA & APAC regions, where he was responsible for maintaining a consistent focus on performance, solutions, service delivery, and fiscal responsibility to satisfy client expectations. In 2021 Nilesh was promoted to Senior Vice President to lead Choice’s Global Sales organization. Prior to Choice, Nilesh held leadership roles at British Telecom, and improved customer experience for large financial based clients such as Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Nilesh speaks five languages, and has lived and worked in the UK, Spain, India, Brazil, and Japan.

Juan Manuel joined Choice in June of 2024 as Vice President of the LATAM region. In this role, he assumed leadership for our entire LATAM organization and collaborated closely with other leaders across the company on key initiatives focused on business process, global culture, and engagement. In December of 2025, Juan was promoted to Senior Vice President- Americas expanding his responsibilities to include the day-to-day management of our North American region. Juan Manuel has extensive experience in driving and developing corporate processes for business sustainability across the Americas. He’s been in the transportation logistics industry for over 20 years where he held various senior leadership roles. Prior to Choice, Juan Manuel led the National Sales team for DHL Express in México. He holds a Business Administration degree from University Tadeo Lozano as well as a master’s in finance from the University of Los Andes in Colombia.

She has demonstrated success in maintaining long term client relationships and client satisfaction. With an effective engaging leadership style, Tracy has a proven track record in managing Silicon Valley based Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Choice, Tracy held several senior roles at DHL Supply Chain and Exel Global Logistics focusing on strategic account management, client retention and growth. Tracy was born and raised in the United Kingdom and moved to California in 1998 where she still resides today.

Abie joined Choice Logistics in 2019 as the first member of the Product Management team. His leadership and strategic vision led to his promotion to Director in 2022 and subsequently to Vice President in 2025. In his role, Abie directs the roadmaps for all our proprietary technology systems, providing consultative and technical support to internal teams, clients, and partners. Before joining Choice, Abie spent six years at Macy’s, driving merchandise movement and financial initiatives to improve efficiency. With a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation, Abie aligns business objectives with technology solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in IT from Monmouth University.

Sal joined Choice in 2016, and is responsible for global IT Infrastructure, including both IT Operations and support. Sal has over two decades of experience in Information Technology including infrastructure management, telecommunications, disaster recovery/resiliency, and support services in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Choice, he served as Chief Information Officer for the New York City Mayor’s Office under both Michael Bloomberg and Bill De Blasio. He has held IT leadership positions at The Princeton Review and Organic, and holds a BS in Computer Science from CUNY.

Ray joined Choice in June 2025 and leads the business operations in our Asia Pacific region. He provides strategic leadership for the entire APAC team and partners closely with our members of management on companywide initiatives around business process optimization, global culture, and employee engagement. Ray has extensive experience leading solution design involving third-party services and has a strong track record of driving operational excellence and innovation. Prior to joining Choice, Ray spent over 20 years at DHL in a variety of leadership positions. He holds both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Doug has held a variety of management positions within Choice Logistics, as well as prior with Archer Management Systems. He holds a BS in Aeronautical Studies and Transportation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Anthony Sano

Tony joined Choice in 2022 as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and was promoted to Vice President, Strategic Finance in 2025. Since joining the company, Tony has been instrumental in establishing the FP&A function driving the financial planning initiatives and supporting client and partner business development. Tony has also led the creation of a new reporting function that aligns operational and financial data enhancing scalability and decision making for the business. With 20 years of experience in financial analysis, business modeling, accounting, and portfolio management, Tony brings a wealth of expertise to Choice. He earned his BS from West Chester University and his MBA from Penn State University.
