Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager will support the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement activities in the EMEA and APAC regions. This individual will collaborate with HR leadership and department managers to help ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and positive employee experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Maintain applicant tracking within Monday.com, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future positions in the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support during the interview process.
- Prepare confidential offer packets.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Help maintain HR files and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and managers to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of related HR or recruitment experience.
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong team player who can work across multiple functions and disciplines.
