Michael serves as the Executive Chairman of Choice Logistics. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer, where he led the company’s transformation from a regional courier to a global logistics provider. With over 45 years of experience within the industry, Michael continues to provide his expertise and strategic guidance to ensure the continued success and future of Choice Logistics.
Matthew joined Choice as EVP, Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In 2016, he was promoted to EVP, Chief Operating Officer, advanced to President in 2018 and now serves as Chief Executive Officer for Choice Logistics. Matthew’s executive leadership and unparalleled business acumen has positioned Choice to capitalize on high growth opportunities in the global logistics market. He is responsible for the overall vision of the company, and is highly adept at deploying technology and organizational strategies that deliver innovation and world class service delivery to our clients. Prior to joining Choice, Matthew successfully led a number of companies to achieve financial and strategic objectives. He has held senior financial leadership positions at Telerx, Preferred Sands, and SCA. He holds a BS in Accounting from LaSalle University and an MBA from Villanova University.
Jordan joined Choice in 2016. He has extensive experience with directing digital technology transformation across a variety of industry verticals, including logistics, education, digital marketing and insurance. His specialties include product development, global infrastructure management, data processing and support services. Prior to Choice, Jordan served as Chief Information Officer for The Princeton Review, Ambassador Education Solutions, and has held technology leadership positions at companies such as Chubb Insurance and Organic. He holds a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a member of the New York CTO Club, and has published numerous articles about technology management strategy.
Orlando rejoined the company in 2016, after previously spending seven years at Choice earlier in his career. As Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Orlando is responsible for leading both Client Services and Global Operations. Orlando is a tenured global supply chain executive with decades of logistics experience across a variety of specialties, including third party logistics, transportation management, inventory management and final mile delivery. Prior to Choice, Orlando spent several years developing and managing a national same-day delivery distribution network in the United States providing final mile logistics solutions for some of the world’s top e-commerce and internet retailers.
Nilesh joined Choice in 2009 and has held various positions in operations and client services. From 2018 to 2021, Nilesh served as Vice President of Client Services and Business Development for the EMEA & APAC regions, where he was responsible for maintaining a consistent focus on performance, solutions, service delivery and fiscal responsibility to satisfy client expectations. In 2021 Nilesh was promoted to Senior Vice President to lead Choice’s Global Sales organization. Prior to Choice Nilesh held leadership roles at British Telecom, and improved customer experience for large financial based clients such as Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Nilesh speaks five languages, and has lived and worked in the UK, Spain, India, Brazil and Japan.
Eric worked at Choice for seven years and returned to the company in 2020 as a Director of Field Operations for the Americas region. In that role he was responsible for managing the operations in the East region of the United States as well as Canada. In 2021, Eric was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the Americas region and now leads a team across North and South America, as well as Central America, with an ongoing focus to drive world class performance to ensure client expectations and service level requirements are satisfied. Prior to Choice, Eric held various operational roles for supply chain and logistics companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Central Michigan University.
Lauren joined Choice in 2019, and leads the Human Resources function across the company including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management and training and development. As a champion of progressive culture, Lauren partners with the leadership team to create a collaborative, team oriented and engaging modern environment for our global employee experience. Prior to Choice, Lauren was the Vice President of Human Resources at Preferred Sands, an oil and gas service company with locations across North America. In this role, Lauren was successful developing and maintaining a high performing organization. She holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan.
Peter joined Choice in 2017 as Director of Product Management within the Information Technology group and was promoted to his current role of VP of Technology. Peter oversees all technology development activities and directs product management and roadmap design. He partners with IT management, business leaders and clients to advance, develop and customize Choice technology enabled solutions, as well as to define system enhancements to existing Choice applications by conducting competitive market research and analysis of existing business workflows. Peter has extensive experience in technology development and product management with focus on the user experience, and has developed numerous successful product lines for companies such as The Hertz Corporation and XanEdu. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
Tracy joined Choice in 2018 as Senior Director of Client Services and was promoted to Vice President of Client Services for the Americas in 2022. She has demonstrated success in maintaining long term client relationships and client satisfaction. With an effective engaging leadership style, Tracy has a proven track record in managing Silicon Valley based Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Choice, Tracy held several senior roles at DHL Supply Chain and Exel Global Logistics focusing on strategic account management, client retention and growth. Tracy was born and raised in the United Kingdom and moved to California in 1998 where she still resides today.
Mark joined Choice in 2014 as the VP of Global Sales responsible for growing both organic and new client relationships. Prior to joining Choice, Mark held senior level Sales and Business Development positions at Arrow Electronics, Flextronics, and Sanmina Global Services, where he successfully fostered engagements with companies like Google, Dell, Nokia and various other Fortune 500 clients. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Toronto.
John joined Choice in 2013, and is responsible for the Field Operations Teams in the EMEA & APAC regions. He is focused on the client experience, and drives best in class service to ensure the highest performance is provided throughout the Choice Network. John oversees the regional warehouse and transportation partners, and works closely with them to ensure client expectations and service level requirements are satisfied. He is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Prior to Choice, John held management positions within UPS, Unipart Group of Companies and Hewlett Packard.
Sal joined Choice in 2016, and is responsible for global IT Infrastructure, including both IT Operations and support. Sal has over two decades of experience in Information Technology including infrastructure management, telecommunications, disaster recovery/resiliency, and support services in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Choice, he served as Chief Information Officer for the New York City Mayor’s Office under both Michael Bloomberg and Bill De Blasio. He has held IT leadership positions at The Princeton Review and Organic, and holds a BS in Computer Science from CUNY.
Nick joined Choice in 2017 and is responsible for its commercial agreements, corporate governance, and compliance. Nick also leads the Global Trade Solution function providing import and export services and guidance for Choice clients. Prior to joining Choice, Nick led the legal department for a regional telecommunications provider and has focused his practice on technology and compliance issues in a variety of settings. Nick holds a BA in history from Haverford College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, holding its CIPP/US accreditation, and currently serves on the In-House Counsel Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
Tony joined Choice in 2022 to help lead our Client Services organization in North America. Tony is responsible for maintaining a consistent focus on performance, solutions, service delivery and fiscal responsibility in alignment with client expectations. Tony has spent over 20 years in both operations and client management. During his career, he has demonstrated a strong operational and financial mindset balanced with a focus on client satisfaction. With his strong leadership skills and proven ability to motivate and align teams, Tony is well positioned to grow our Client Services organization. He holds a BS in Business from San Jose State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado.
Stuart joined Choice in 2019 as a Director of Client Services for the EMEA & APAC regions. Possessing superior leadership, communication, and general management skills, Stuart maintains a consistent focus on providing superior team performance, solutions, service delivery and fiscal responsibility. In 2022, Stuart was promoted to Vice President of Client Services for the EMEA & APAC regions. Prior to Choice, Stuart held several senior roles across the outsourcing sector working with multi-national corporations and partners from supply chain, professional services and financial institutions focusing on creating efficiencies, scalability and improving service delivery. Stuart lives in the UK and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with supporting qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management.
Paul Malamet has over 30 years of transportation, logistics, and supply chain experience, joining Choice Logistics in 1997. As a senior Business Development contributor, Paul has held various key positions at Choice, with a focus on driving new client engagements, strategic initiatives, and ongoing business development. Before joining the Choice team in 1997, Paul established a service parts logistics company, LogisTech, Inc. (LTI) and prior to that experience, he served as the Vice President of Sales for Worldwide Express. Paul is a graduate of McGill University with a B.A. in Political Science.
Joe joined Choice in 2019 as Director of Operational Finance and was promoted to his current role of Vice President of Finance in 2020. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s financial strategy and operations, to maximize profitability, customer experience, and scalability. Joe has extensive experience in executing financial systems transformation initiatives through cross functional collaboration, system implementation and process improvement projects across a variety of industries. Prior to Choice, Joe held financial leadership positions at Preferred Sands and Precision Castparts and was instrumental in executing strategic initiatives and leading financial systems implementations. Joe holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Eastern University and is a CPA.
