Position Overview
The Manager of Lead Generation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to identify, source, and qualify high-quality leads, building a robust pipeline to support our global sales organization. This role will own lead generation initiatives across multiple international regions, aligning closely with regional market dynamics and sales goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader with strong communication skills, deep knowledge of B2B sales processes, and a track record of driving scalable pipeline growth in complex, global environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Learn about Choice Logistics, our portfolio of offerings and how to articulate our value proposition to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system
- Maintain and update lead and prospect information in CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns (email, cold calls, social outreach)
- Create and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy that aligns with sales goals
- Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, online databases, industry events, social media, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights to optimize channels, targeting, and messaging.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Other duties and activities as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in lead generation
- Industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Deep knowledge of inbound/outbound lead generation tactics and channels
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
