Milestone Management Analyst

Position Overview

The Milestone Management Analyst is responsible for managing the progression and completion of all client orders. This individual drives the timely, accurate, and complete status updates of all the milestones of an order, ensuring the order is processed through completion. The role requires direct communication with Choice’s vendor partners, carriers and internal business partners. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, a strong motivator, and an effective communicator.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze milestone activities for assigned workflow using real time data driven tools
• Develop and implement resolution plans for delayed, missing, or incomplete milestones.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Address ad-hoc requests in coordination with peers.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Support client facing team members to ensure world class customer service.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data with high attention to detail.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem solver with the ability to influence others to drive solutions.

 

Work Hours: Normal business hours include regional support
