He led the company’s transformation from a regional courier to a global logistics provider. Michael continues to provide the executive level vision as Choice transforms its service offerings in the ever changing Service Supply Chain marketplace.
Matthew W. McKeever
PresidentMatthew has held numerous executive positions at Choice. He joined Choice in 2015 as EVP, Chief Financial Officer, was promoted to EVP, Chief Operating Officer in 2016, and elevated to President in 2018. He is responsible for global operations and the overall service delivery to clients. As a seasoned executive, Matthew has successfully led a number of companies to achieve financial and strategic objectives. Prior to Choice, Matthew held senior financial leadership positions at Telerx, Preferred Sands, and SCA. He is a CPA, and holds a BS in Accounting from LaSalle University and an MBA from Villanova University.
EVP, Chief Information Officer
Jordan joined Choice in 2016. He has extensive experience with directing digital technology transformation across a variety of industry verticals, including logistics, education, digital marketing and insurance. His specialties include product development, global infrastructure management, data processing and support services. Prior to Choice, Jordan served as Chief Information Officer for The Princeton Review, Ambassador Education Solutions, and has held technology leadership positions at companies such as Chubb Insurance and Organic. He holds a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a member of the New York CTO Club, and has published numerous articles about technology management strategy.
EVP, Client Services & SalesRobb joined Choice in 2017, and is responsible for the development and execution of revenue generation, marketing and client care activities. With a focus on vertical and geographic expansion, Robb plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction and oversees the dedicated Client Services organization. Robb is a seasoned logistics industry veteran with a breadth of experience in operations, sales, global account management and solutions. Prior to Choice, Robb held leadership positions with DB Schenker, OHL, Menlo Worldwide and Ryder. He holds a BS in Marketing & Logistics from Central Michigan University and a MBA from the University of Florida.
VP, Global Operations
Orlando worked at Choice early in his career and rejoined the company in 2016 as VP of Global Operations. He is responsible for both North American Operations and Global Control Tower Operations. Orlando has over 25 years of experience in logistics operations across a variety of specialties, including vendor management, same day courier operations, 3rd party logistics, and final mile supply chain distribution. Prior to returning to Choice, Orlando spent several years developing and managing a national Same Day Delivery distribution network providing final mile logistics solutions for some of the world’s top e-commerce and internet retailers.
VP, Human Resources
Lauren joined Choice in 2019, and leads the Human Resources function across the company including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management and training and development. As a champion of progressive culture, Lauren partners with the leadership team to create a collaborative, team oriented and engaging modern environment for our global employee experience. Prior to Choice, Lauren was the Vice President of Human Resources at Preferred Sands, an oil and gas service company with locations across North America. In this role, Lauren was successful developing and maintaining a high performing organization. She holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan.
Peter joined Choice in 2017 as Director of Product Management within the Information Technology group and was promoted to his current role of VP of Technology. Peter oversees all technology development activities and directs product management and roadmap design. He partners with IT management, business leaders and clients to advance, develop and customize Choice technology enabled solutions, as well as to define system enhancements to existing Choice applications by conducting competitive market research and analysis of existing business workflows. Peter has extensive experience in technology development and product management with focus on the user experience, and has developed numerous successful product lines for companies such as The Hertz Corporation and XanEdu. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
VP, Operations EMEA & APAC
John joined Choice in 2013, and is responsible for the Field Operations Teams in the EMEA & APAC regions. He is focused on the client experience, and drives a best in class service to ensure the highest performance is provided throughout the Choice Network. John oversees the regional warehouse and transportation partners, and works closely with them to ensure client expectations and service level requirements are satisfied. He is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. Prior to Choice, John held management positions within UPS, Unipart Group of Companies and Hewlett Packard.
Sal joined Choice in 2016, and is responsible for the global IT Infrastructure, including both IT Operations and support. Sal has over two decades of experience in Information Technology including infrastructure management, telecommunications, disaster recovery/resiliency, and support services in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Choice, he served as Chief Information Officer for the New York City Mayor’s Office under both Michael Bloomberg and Bill De Blasio. He has held IT leadership positions at The Princeton Review and Organic, and holds a BS in Computer Science from CUNY.
Nicholas G. Hoenemeyer
VP, Corporate Counsel
Nick joined Choice in 2017 and is responsible for its commercial agreements, corporate governance, and compliance. Nick also leads Choice’s Global Trade Solutions department. Prior to joining Choice, Nick led the legal department for a regional telecommunications provider and has focused his practice on technology and IT issues in a variety of practice settings. Nick holds a BA in history from Haverford College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, holding its CIPP/US accreditation, and currently serves on the In-House Counsel and the Information Technology and Cyber Law Committees of the New York City Bar Association.
VP, Enterprise Solutions
Doug has been with Choice since 1990. As a seasoned industry veteran in the third-party service logistics industry, he is responsible for Choice’s Enterprise Solutions group within the Information Technology department. He works with both potential and existing clients in designing customized operational and systemic solutions up through on-boarding and process implementation. He also oversees Choice’s business intelligence and data analytic initiatives. Doug has held a variety of management positions within Choice Logistics, as well prior with Archer Management Systems. He holds a BS in Aeronautical Studies and Transportation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Joe joined Choice in 2019. He is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy and operations. Joe brings deep experience in finance transformation and process improvement implementation across fast growing organizations like Choice. Prior to Choice, Joe served in a variety of senior financial leadership positions in both public and private companies. He holds a BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, is a CPA and is on the board of directors of Horizon House.
VP, Business Development & Client Services, EMEA & APAC
Nilesh joined in 2009 as Choice’s first EMEA Field Service Manager. After stabilizing performance and solidifying the network, Nilesh moved to Client Services as an Account Manager in 2013. He was later promoted to his current role of VP of Client Services and Business Development for EMEA/APAC, and is responsible for maintaining a consistent focus on performance, solutions, service delivery and fiscal responsibility to satisfy client expectations. Prior to Choice Nilesh held leadership roles at British Telecom, and improved their customer experience for large financial based clients such as Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Nilesh speaks five languages, and has lived and worked in the UK, Spain, India, Brazil and Japan.
Senior Director, Client Services
Rafael joined Choice in 2017 as a Senior Director in Client Services overseeing the North, South and Latin America client activities. In this role he directs strategy and focus to deliver a professional and quality customer experience. In addition, Rafael manages Latin America Operations consisting of over 50 facilities across 30 countries. Bringing over 20 years of supply chain management with a focus on transportation management and process improvement, Rafael has held numerous leadership roles in global 3PL organizations servicing the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, and technology industries. Rafael holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and maintains multiple industry related certifications.
